Payment

I accept Direct Bank Deposits, Money Orders, Pay Pal and Secure Credit Card Payments can be made via Pay Pal. You don’t have to have a Pay Pal Account to Use this service, but please don’t try to log into Pay Pal using your log in details from this store. If you have a Pay Pal account you will have your own log in details, if you don’t have a Pay Pal account follow the instructions on their site.

Lay-By Terms

Lay by most welcome as I understand being on a budget and seeing something you really like.

Long Term 3 month Lay-By is now available so you can buy what you wish. Some of my customers take longer then 3 months and that’s fine as long as the payments are regular

20% Deposit when you purchase the items - Let me  know the items are on lay-by when you make your purchases. I will e mail and let you know when I receive payments and send out a statement at month end so you know your account balance.

Overseas Customers Lay-By - Choose Direct Bank in Checkout e mail and let me know the items are on lay-by and I will send you  Pay Pal Invoices for the amounts you want to pay and the time you want to make the payment.

Postage

Flat Rate for Post & Handling within Australia is $11.00 registered post

Overseas Postal Charges - Flat Rate of $22.00

Overseas Buyers Please Note; If you buy more then two items, the post will Increase and an additional Invoice will be sent to you for the extra post. In most cases the flat rate post is enough, but with a few items the post increases in weight. The additional freight in most cases is just a few dollars. Any concerns please email first and I can let you know the freight. Overseas Payments are via Pay Pal Only.  I will let you know the additional freight charges for your order and send an Invoice.

Overseas Parcels are posted Registered Air Mail and take between 7 - 14 days to arrive. Express International Courier Express is available for overseas purchases at an additional charge. Please e mail me for the details.

Important Note; As from November 2010 All Parcels to the USA will incur an additional $9.00AU surcharge and delays of 48 hours due to recent bombs found in parcels in the US postal service - this is USA Government & Australia Post Regulation

Australian Buyers

All goods are posted using Australia Post Registered Mail. Express Platinum Post is available for an additional charge. Please note I cannot be held responsible if your parcel goes missing in the mail. I e mail to say the items have been posted and if they have not arrived in two days please inform me so we can track down the parcel via Australia Post.

Privacy

Your details will not be shared with any third party. All credit card transactions are through Pay Pal secure link.

Returns

Custom Made Garments - Lots of love and care go into creating your precious garments, so all returns are addressed on an individual basis. From past experience I have 99.99% success rate.

Imported Garments - All the garments in our store have the measurements in the description of each item. Please check your measurements against the garment you wish to purchase, or send your measurements through to double check. We can only exchange if we have the same product in our store, otherwise a store credit may be issued, if the garment is returned tags attached within 3 days. Each Issue will be addressed individually.
